Meditation Instruction

crafting calm through curated sound and meditation

Our work is rooted in clarity, presence, and a deep understanding of what teams need to stay focused, connected, and well.

We don’t just lead meditation sessions. We create space for people to reset, recharge, and return to their work with a clearer mind and a better sense of balance.

We design meditation experiences that support focus, clarity, and ease. Our sessions bring calm through curated sound and mindful instruction tailored to your people.

Through our corporate meditation and mindfulness programming, we offer:

  • Guided sessions that meet people where they are, with no experience required
  • Scalable programs for teams of all sizes, from small offsites to global organizations
  • Practical guidance that keeps mindfulness accessible, grounded, and relevant
  • On-demand workshops to reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen communication

Whether you’re introducing meditation to your team or bringing calm to a high-pressure moment, our approach is thoughtful, flexible, and designed around the people in the room.

About Sonic Serenities

Sonic Serenities is where I share my work as a meditation instructor. It’s built around a simple idea: mindfulness doesn’t need to be mystical or complicated to be useful. You don’t need to sit cross-legged for an hour or chase after enlightenment. You just need a few minutes, a quiet pause, and the willingness to notice what’s here.

My name is Andrew Cashin. I’ve been practicing meditation regularly since 2015, and teaching it in corporate and community settings for several years. I’m a certified meditation instructor, and I take a practical, down-to-earth approach. No jargon. No shortcuts. Just helpful ways to bring more clarity, calm, and presence into your day.

My work with Sonic Serenities includes guided meditations, one-on-one instruction, group sessions, and workplace mindfulness programs. Whether I’m leading a five-minute breathing exercise for a team meeting or guiding a full session for a retreat, the intention stays the same: to help people slow down, pay attention, and connect with what matters.

You won’t find slogans or gimmicks here. What you will find are real tools for real people. I believe mindfulness can improve how you communicate, how you focus, how you lead, and how you relate to the people around you. It’s not about escape. It’s about presence.
